The Opportunity

At AllofE, we understand many applicants are looking to get some experience before diving in, or are limited by other circumstances in their lives. We are seeking proactive interns who wish to become long-term team members at AllofE.

Responsibilities

– Communicating with customers to assess promotional needs
– Developing sales strategies and organizing marketing campaigns
– Maintaining social media presence
– Test systems for quality and usability

Required

Enrolled in college or graduated with a bachelors in any technical, business or education major
Live within commuting distance of Lawrence, KS
Proficiency in verbal and written English.
Strong analytical and communication skills
Can manage work with minimal guidance
Must be a US permanent resident or citizen

Desired

Strong Math or Communication background(Science Olympiad, Mathlete, Debate, Forensics, etc.)
Proficiency with video, photo, and audio software (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, iMovie, etc.)
2+ years work experience in any business setting
Background or experience in marketing and sales

Day In The Life

1:30 PM | Since you have classes in the morning, arrive at the office after lunch. Check in with your team manager and check the taskboard.

2:00 PM | You’re to assist with one of the training courses, and act as a helping hand to the instructor.

3:30 PM | Time for your Standup. Head to the infamous UnderHall in order to meet with this week’s small group on what you’ve been working on, and hearing what they’ve been working on.

4:15 PM | A new task says that the images on the website need to be updated, and a new page needs to be created for Social Work programs.

5:00 PM | The implementation team assigns you a task to create rubrics for a new client. Piece of cake.

6:00 PM | Check in with your team leader again to see if they need anything else. If not, head home. The night is yours.
